Return Policy - GLYFKS Dad Hats
If you are not satisfied with your Glyfks, you may return unworn merchandise in its original condition inluding all tags and labels attached within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returning your merchandise
to complete the return, cover the original shipping label with a return label and return it to us using the original shipping package. Any returns not received in their original condition will not be processed for a return as we will not be able to resell the items. Include a copy of your original invoice and place the invoice in the box with the returned items.
Exchanges are permitted for products of an equal or lessor value, shipping not included. Please download and complete this -exchange form-, and include the form in your return package. We will send your newly requested merchandise and charge the original payment method for the shipping cost of your choice. In the event a damaged or worn item is returned to Glyfks.com, you will be notified via e-mail with evidence of damage and the item will be returned to you per request at your expense.
If only requesting a return or refund, upon receipt and successful inspection of the product, we will process a credit against the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of merchandise to process your refund. Original shipping cost are non-refundable. We will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the return shipping charges, unless the shipment was a Glyfks.com error.
Please email email@example.com prior to taking any action immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect item, before shipping anything back. At no extra cost to you, we will make arrangements on getting you a new item as well as getting the original back. Please note that all of our Dad Hats are a one size fits all and there are no variations in size or fit.
